A selection below of our brides in their dresses
Fiona and Jon
Fiona was the most beautiful bride in this strapless tulle and silk chiffon dress with beading and handmade flowers. Perfect for a high summer wedding.
Debbie looked absolutely gorgeous in this pale gold silk crepe column dress with a beaded silk georgette bodice. Really simple but proof, if it were needed, of how simplicity always wins out.
Jenny wears a strapless version of one of our classic dresses, Emma. The studio added sprinkled beading to the gathers, the fabric is silk crepe. Our bride looked absolutely beautiful, the dress suited her and her day perfectly.
Mila was married in Australia. She chose a dress from the collection, and we redesigned the neckline especially to suit her. It was such a delight to receive these pictures after the wedding to see how happy she was and how beautiful she looked in her Sarah Banks dress and veil.
Matt and Ali
Ali looks radiant in her strapless couture gown made in lace, tulle and Indian silk.
Helen looked stunning in a strapless version of our studio design, Cleo, choosing a waist length veil to give this beautiful wedding outfit a fresh, chic look. Helen chose peonies as her bouquet flowers, which have to be the most romantic flower and reason alone to marry in June.
Hermione chose a very pale pink, almost shell pink, silk crepe column dress with bolero jacket in the same pale pink. She looked absolutely gorgeous and chic, proving that elegance is found in simplicity.
The fabric for this dress was the gift of our bride’s mother-in-law and we created this top and skirt ensemble for her using every last inch of fabric available. Using the intricately beaded and embroidered section for the bodice we then used the beautiful silk organza section for the skirt. Perfect for a wedding abroad.
Janie was married down on the Sussex coast. We designed this dress for her with a reversible jacket. The jacket fastens at the back, but is fairly close fitting so had the appearance of a dress from the front. The dress had a long, reversible train at the back. In the evening, for the reception and dancing, Janie removed the jacket to reveal the dress with fine spaghetti straps. So, different looks from the same ensemble.
Our bride chose a slash neck dress with a high collared jacket for her winter wedding. Keeping all other elements so simple, her hair was worn down, but definitely was her crowning glory, and a simple but beautiful rose bouquet added to the modern, elegant London wedding atmosphere.
Another bespoke dress designed especially for the bride. It was a winter wedding and Sarah looked beautiful. Ivory silk crepe with silk organza pleating at the sleeve and hem. Full length veil with organza pleating detail.
This picture is amazing, it’s so crisp and clear. And Siobhan looks beautiful in the halterneck dress, style Zeta, from our collection. Because Siobhan was marrying abroad we produced the dress in a lightweight silk chiffon with a lightweight silk lining.
Sionaid chose one of the simplest dresses with the cleanest lines in the collection, Cleo. Teamed with an elbow length veil trimmed with satin bias binding she looked beautiful and elegant. A real case of timeless elegance.
Sue and Guy Murkin
Married at the beginning of September Sue and Guy had fantastic weather for their wedding day. Sue chose a gold embroidered silk georgette fabric for her bespoke trouser suit two-piece.
Melissa and Harun
Melissa and Harun, living in Switzerland, were married during a year’s sabbatical in London. Melissa wears a halterneck dress in heavy double faced satin with a handbeaded high neck pearl collar.
Sophisticated Evening Wedding
We designed every detail of this gorgeous outfit, including the headress and tiara combination. The train is made of contrasting fabric godet shapes. It was a lovely project to work on.
